Privacy Policy

This website is the portfolio of Ofir Sofer, a freelance brand designer working as Design Genie. This page explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, the optional project type and your message. I only use these details to reply to you and to discuss your project.

The site has no user accounts, no newsletter and no advertising or tracking cookies.

Services that process data

• Formspree receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to my email inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.
• Elfsight loads the Google reviews shown on the home page. Its widget is only requested when you scroll to that section.
• If you email me directly, your message is handled by my email provider.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

I keep project conversations for as long as needed to work together and for my business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. I never sell your information or share it for marketing.
